Diamond Gait Stables is a family business, located in Havana Illinois, that has taken a step in a new direction. The stables was originally Seward Stables and owned by Larissa Seward. Seward Stables started in 1997 raising and training quality Missouri Fox Trotters. Larissa decided to take a step back from running the business and pass on her legacy to her son J.D. Otey and wife Danielle Otey. New owners Danielle and J.D. Otey plan on taking  the new name and management to a higher level for breeding and training Missouri Fox Trotters for the show ring. Services include training, lessons, clinics, farrier, and breeding services.

Our Mission:

We hope to educate the public on the Missouri Fox Trotter and promote the breed, as well as help owners recognize gaits and help with any issues occurring.
